What it does

Six things running behind the event.

Not modules you switch on later: one product, built to be used standing up, on a phone, in a banquet corridor, by someone who has been awake since five. Anything marked coming soon is what we are building next, and is not in it yet.

Your coordinator marks a cue done from her phone. The client sees the same board, without the money columns.

Every vendor, with the yes in writing

One page per vendor, holding the quote, the scope, the advance and the balance. Book a vendor and they see the date, the venue and the scope in their own portal; when they confirm, the status turns here, with who said yes and when.

You are never again looking for the message where the generator was confirmed. You open the vendor and it is there, with a timestamp, next to what you paid him.

  • Quote, revised quote and final scope kept as separate versionsComing soon
  • Advance and balance tracked against each vendor, with what is still owed
  • Confirmation requests that resend themselves if nobody replies in 48 hoursComing soon
  • Vendors are reusable across clients, so their history follows them

What is going wrong, while it is going wrong

The board is the reason this product exists. Your coordinator raises an issue from the floor in two taps: what broke, where, and how bad. It lands on one board with an owner and a clock running on it, and it stays there until somebody closes it.

You stop finding out at the debrief. The father of the bride stops being the one who tells you.

  • Raised on site, visible at the desk in under five seconds
  • Three levels of urgency, because everything cannot be urgent
  • Each issue has an owner and stays open until somebody resolves it
  • Works on a bad venue signal and syncs when the phone finds a barComing soon

Budget on the left, what actually left the bank on the right

Each event carries its budget. Log advances and balances as you pay them and the gap between what you quoted and what you have actually spent is a number on a screen rather than a feeling in your stomach in April.

Payments are recorded the way you made them: a UPI reference, a cheque number, a bank transfer, or cash with who handed it over.

  • Per vendor and per event, with the profit on each event
  • Amounts in lakhs and crores with Indian digit grouping
  • Will not record a payment that takes a vendor past his agreed total
  • Exports to a spreadsheet your accountant will not complain aboutComing soon

Invoices your CA will not send back

Raise the invoice from inside the event, not from a separate file on somebody elses laptop. HSN or SAC codes, CGST and SGST split for work in your own state, IGST when you are out of state, place of supply, and your GSTIN on every document.

Part payments, credit notes and the final invoice all hang off the same event, so the paper trail matches the money trail.

  • CGST and SGST, or IGST, chosen from the place of supply
  • Credit notes, not just tax invoices
  • Invoice numbering series you control, and that does not skip
  • E-invoicing, for when you cross the thresholdComing soon

The channel they already answer on

Payment reminders, call sheets, confirmation requests and the day-before schedule will go out on WhatsApp, from your own number, and replies will come back into the event they belong to instead of into a personal thread that only one person can see.

It is what we are building next. Until it ships, reminders and the day-before schedule go by email and text.

  • Templates in English, Hindi and MarathiComing soon
  • Sends from your business number, not an unknown oneComing soon
  • Replies file themselves against the vendor and the functionComing soon
  • A daily digest at a time you pick, instead of forty separate pingsComing soon

A page she can check instead of calling you

The client signs in by invitation and sees the running order, what is confirmed, the invoices and quotations you sent her, and the files you share. She does not see what you paid the decorator or what your margin is.

You choose which schedule items and files she sees, so a family that wants every detail and a family that wants a summary can both be right.

  • Your logo, your colours, your domainComing soon
  • Schedule items and files shown or hidden one by one
  • Decisions she owes you, listed with the date they blockComing soon
  • Her own sign-in, by invitation from you

What it does not do.

Worth knowing before you put your name down, because finding out in month two is worse.

  • No lead capture, no proposal builder, no e-signature. Plenty of tools do that part and most planners already have one.
  • No accounting. It raises GST invoices and records what you paid; your CA still does the returns.
  • No guest list, no RSVP, no seating chart. That is the family's job and they will not use your software for it.
  • No mobile app on day one. It is a web app built for a phone browser, which is the part that actually matters on site.
