GST goes on top and is shown separately on the invoice, which carries our GSTIN. Each plan's emails reset every month. SMS is never bundled: you buy prepaid credit in packs, it is used one text at a time, and it does not expire. An offer code takes its percentage off the plan and add-ons, not SMS packs, and is checked again when you pay.

The questions everyone asks.

Do you take a cut of the event?
No. You pay a fixed amount every month and that is the whole relationship. A forty lakh wedding and a four lakh birthday cost you the same to run. We never see what you charged, and we would rather not know.
What counts as a live event?
One client family, with all their functions inside it. A wedding with seven functions is one event, not seven. It counts against your plan while it is being planned or run, and stops counting once you mark it completed or cancelled. It stays readable either way.
Is GST included?
Prices are before GST. When GST applies it is added at checkout and shown separately on your invoice, so you can claim it. The total at checkout is always exactly what you pay.
What happens if I hire a coordinator mid-season?
Add an extra team member when you pay for your plan. You do not have to jump a tier for one person: Starter and Growth take extra seats as an add-on, and Scale has no limit at all.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes, and paying yearly saves 16 percent against twelve monthly payments. It is paid at checkout like monthly, by card, UPI or net banking, with an invoice for your books.
What happens when I run out of SMS or emails?
Emails come with every plan and start again each month; once a month’s are used, the rest wait for the next month, and sign-in emails always go. SMS is prepaid: buy a pack, it is used one text at a time, and it does not expire. Nothing is ever billed automatically.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, from inside the app. A new plan starts when you pay for it, and any time you have already paid for is added on, never lost.
How do offer codes work?
When there is an offer, a banner at the top of the site says so, with its code. Enter the code here or at checkout and its percentage comes off the plan and add-ons, before GST. It does not apply to SMS packs, and it is checked again when you pay, so a code that has ended stops working.
What happens when I stop?
Nothing renews by itself, so stopping means simply not paying for the next period: no button, no email, no call. You keep everything until the period you paid for ends, nothing is deleted, and we will send you a copy of your data if you ask.
Is there a free trial?
The first fifty companies get three months free, and we will ask you for real feedback in return. After that, every new company gets a fourteen day trial of the Growth plan, with no card.
